The mission of the Corporate Staff Communication is to contribute to strengthening Region Skåne's brand and to realize decided operational goals, political decisions, and operational vision through professional communication efforts. The position of business developer is located in the Corporate Staff Communication, unit of digital services. The unit belongs to the area of digital communication, which consists of three other units and works to develop and manage Region Skåne's digital channels. We are over 60 colleagues in the area who believe it is important to provide the best experience and service to residents and employees across various channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a business developer, you will be part of a team working to develop Region Skåne's digital services on 1177.se. You will focus on facilitating and improving residents' opportunities for digital contacts with healthcare. The work involves both strategic and operational tasks. It requires close collaboration with various stakeholders and professionals to create the best user experience together.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying have a university degree with a focus on digital communication, informatics, or other relevant education. You have several years of experience in driving the development of digital services with a focus on usability and accessibility. You are accustomed to managing projects and working in cross-functional teams. The work involves many internal and external contacts, so it is important that you can communicate in a trustworthy and professional manner. We consider it an advantage if you have experience in a coordinator or project leader role in the field. Additionally, it is beneficial if you have experience working in a larger organization. You have good knowledge of communicating in both Swedish and English.

To succeed in the role, you need to understand end users' needs and how we meet the organization's needs. You take responsibility for delivering results, have good analytical skills, and can see how the parts fit together for the user.
